The analyst
who turned the
lens on life.
My background is in business analysis and systems thinking. For years my job was to look at how organisations are designed, where the breakdowns happen, why capable people inside functional-looking structures keep producing the same painful results, and what it actually takes to fix it at the root rather than the surface.
And at some point I turned that same lens on the businesses around me. On the women I knew who were brilliant at what they did and exhausted in ways they could not fully explain. On founders who had built something real and were somehow more trapped than when they started.
What I found was consistent. The problem was never the person. It was always the design.
That insight became the foundation of everything I teach. It became the EASE System. A structured approach to identifying where your energy is leaking, what to remove, what to delegate, what to simplify, and how to build a business that does not require you to sacrifice yourself to keep it running.
I speak. I teach. I consult. Always with the same goal: to give you the clarity and the structure to build something that works.
