Rest & Radiance

You want to rest. But too much still feels undone.

You carry the plans, the reminders, the emotional labour and the quiet pressure to keep everything moving. Rest & Radiance is a curated space to pause, breathe, reconnect and redesign how you carry your life.

You are more than your to-do list.

The invisible load

You look capable — while quietly carrying too much.

You remember what everyone needs. You plan, solve and follow through. And a day away rarely helps, because the load follows you into the quiet — and home is waiting exactly as you left it.

  • Your mind is full before your feet touch the floor.
  • Rest feels undeserved while something is unfinished.
  • The load follows you into every quiet space.
  • Returning home can feel heavier than leaving.

You do not need to collapse before you are allowed to receive care.

A different kind of rest

Not simply a day away. A return to yourself.

Intentional rest, honest reflection, real connection and practical redesign — held in one curated space.

Pause

Create enough quiet to hear yourself again.

Release

Name what is draining you and what no longer belongs.

Reconnect

Return to your body, your joy, your faith and community.

Redesign

Choose rhythms and support that let you return home lighter.

Coming January 2027

A carefully curated experience.

An intimate gathering for women who need room to exhale, receive and realign — designed around:

  • A restorative setting and intentional quiet.
  • Guided reflection and an EASE-based life check-in.
  • Meaningful table conversation.
  • A mental-load release exercise.
  • Nourishing food and refreshments.
  • One practical decision for the season ahead.

Full details, dates and locations are shared first with the waiting list, as they are confirmed.

A personal note from Oyin on what to expect. Final venue and event details will be announced separately.

This space may be for you

Come if you are ready to stop treating depletion as normal.

  • You carry the mental load for everyone around you.
  • You have become known as the dependable one.
  • You struggle to rest while things feel unfinished.
  • You want to receive instead of always managing.
  • You are moving through motherhood or a new season.
  • You want a lighter life without giving up your purpose.

You do not have to earn your place here by arriving exhausted enough.

Rest requires support

Before you can exhale, some things may need to be prepared.

Rest & Radiance helps you think beyond the gathering itself — so you can rest before, during and after, and return to a life that does not immediately hand you back the full load.

  • Childcare and household planning.
  • Delegating and setting expectations.
  • Closing open loops.
  • Reducing unnecessary commitments.
  • A gentle return-home plan.
Rest with structure

Rest lasts longer when your life is designed to support it.

Rest & Radiance is rooted in the EASE Method — Eliminate, Automate, Simplify, Empower — the quiet design work that makes rest sustainable. EASE creates the room. Rest & Radiance helps you return to yourself inside it.

Which experience are you most interested in? (select all that apply)

No noise. No pressure. You will hear from us when there is something meaningful to share.

You are allowed to be a person — not just the person who gets everything done.

There will always be another reason to delay rest. This is an invitation to choose differently.

Carry less. Live more.
